The original CRM had 87 flat sidebar views causing cognitive overload. This sidebar collapses them into 7 semantic groups: Dashboard, Leads & Pipeline, Communication, Automation & AI, Reports & Analytics, Tools & Templates, Settings & Billing. Each group is independently collapsible, ARIA-labelled, keyboard navigable, and highlights the active route.
