Plain-English Summary
This summary is provided for convenience only. It does not replace or override the full text below.
- We never sell your personal information for money.
- Some advertising cookies can count as a “sale” or “sharing” under California's broad legal definitions, because they send identifiers to ad platforms.
- The toggle on this page switches those advertising cookies off for this browser, immediately.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out automatically — no action needed.
- Opting out never affects your price, features, or service quality.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Similar rights apply in other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia).
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Turn this on to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This disables advertising and retargeting cookies (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) for your browser on this device.
What “sale” and “sharing” mean here
HelloGrowthCRM does not sell your personal information for money. However, like most websites, when you consent to marketing cookies we use advertising and retargeting technologies — such as the Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads tags — that may transmit online identifiers (like cookie IDs) to those advertising partners. Under the broad CCPA/CPRA definitions, that activity can qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. The control above lets you opt out of it.
Opting out here disables those advertising and retargeting cookies for your browser on this device. It does not disable strictly necessary cookies or, unless you change it separately, the analytics cookies that help us improve the product. You can manage all cookie categories any time:
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or a browser extension broadcasts GPC, we automatically treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information — you do not need to do anything else on this page, and advertising/retargeting cookies will not load.

Key terms explained
The legal vocabulary on this page has specific meanings. In plain terms:
- Personal information: information that identifies or could reasonably be linked to you — including indirect identifiers like a cookie ID or device ID, not just your name or email.
- “Sale” (under CCPA/CPRA): disclosing personal information to a third party in exchange for money or other value. The “other value” part is why routine ad-tech data flows can legally count as a sale even when no money changes hands.
- “Sharing”: disclosing personal information to a third party specifically for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not anything of value is exchanged.
- Cross-context behavioral advertising: targeting ads to you based on your activity across different websites and apps — for example, seeing an ad elsewhere for a product page you visited here.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC):a setting or extension in your browser that broadcasts your opt-out preference to every site you visit, so you don't have to repeat it site by site.
- Authorized agent: a person or business you formally permit to submit privacy requests on your behalf.
