This policy applies to all paid HelloGrowthCRM subscriptions purchased directly from our website at hellogrowthcrm.com or through our Razorpay (India), Stripe (international), and PayPal checkout flows.
1. Free trial
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial. No payment method is charged during the trial. Your subscription starts only after you actively choose a paid plan and successfully complete checkout.
2. Monthly subscriptions
- You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in the app.
- Your access continues until the end of the paid month already invoiced. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months for monthly plans.
- If your card is charged for a renewal you intended to cancel and you contact us within 7 days of that renewal, we will refund that single renewal in full.
3. Annual subscriptions
- You can cancel an annual subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.
- Within 14 days of the initial annual purchase or the most recent annual renewal, you may request a full refund by contacting sales@hellogrowthcrm.com.
- After the 14-day window, the annual term remains valid until its end date but will not auto-renew once cancelled. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused months on annual plans.
4. Add-ons and one-time purchases
AI credit top-ups, dialer minute packs, SMS / WhatsApp credit, and similar consumable add-ons are non-refundable once they have been added to your account, except where required by law. Unused balances do not expire as long as your account remains active.
5. Refunds for service failures
If HelloGrowthCRM experiences sustained downtime or service failure attributable to us and outside any maintenance window, you may be entitled to service credits or a pro-rata refund as described in our Service Level Summary.
6. How refunds are processed
- Razorpay (India): refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 business days. Razorpay's timelines apply for the bank-side leg of the refund.
- Stripe (international): refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 business days, subject to your card issuer.
- PayPal: refunds appear in your PayPal balance immediately and post to the underlying funding source per PayPal's schedule.
- We do not refund to a different payment method or account than the one that originated the payment, except where the original method is no longer accessible and we have verified your identity.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most concerns are resolved within one business day. Where a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, we may suspend the affected account pending resolution to protect customer data.
8. How to request a refund
Email sales@hellogrowthcrm.com from the email address registered on your account. Include your workspace name and the invoice number. We acknowledge within 24 hours and complete eligible refunds within 7 business days of approval.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email or in-app notification.
