Soor LLC builds software for businesses that need stronger operating systems as they grow. Before HelloGrowthCRM, our team worked on back-office automation through hellogrowthcrm.com. That experience made one thing obvious: growth problems are usually system problems first.

Most CRMs were designed for enterprises with dedicated operations teams and months to spend on implementation. They assume you have a RevOps hire who will configure the system, a dedicated admin who will maintain it, and a training budget to onboard every rep. Growing sales teams — those with five to fifty people and aggressive targets — do not have those resources. The second problem we set out to solve is the tool sprawl that afflicts most sales teams.
