Open Journeys
Automation → Journeys. Empty state shows starter templates.

Pick a template or start from scratch
Templates: Demo follow-up (5 steps), Welcome new lead, Re-engage cold lead, Onboard customer.

Set the trigger
New lead with X source, Lead reaches stage Y, Form submitted, Tag added, Webhook, Manual.

Configure entry filter
Score > 50 AND country = India. Leads not matching never enter.

Add steps on the canvas
Drag: Send email/WhatsApp/SMS, Create task, Wait, Branch, AI step, Webhook, Update field.

Connect steps
Drag connectors. Branches have yes/no outputs.

Configure exit conditions
Exit if reply, deal Closed Won, do-not-disturb tag.

Test the journey
Test → Enroll test lead. Watch each step execute with shortened delays.

Click Activate. Counter shows live enrollment.

Reports → Journey performance. Funnel: entered, per-step, exited, downstream impact.
