Two different problems wearing one label
"Software for migration agents" covers two distinct jobs. The first is casework: matters, forms, document assembly, lodgement, and compliance records once a client has engaged you. Established Australian practice-management tools, Migration Manager among them, are built for that job. The second is the front office: the enquiries that arrive — increasingly over WhatsApp, from offshore applicants, outside Australian business hours — before anyone is a client. Most agencies have software for the first job and personal phones and memory for the second. When agencies search for an alternative, what they are often missing is not a different casework tool — it is any system at all for the intake stage.
