How is the HelloGrowthCRM price calculated?

Price is per active user per month. On the Growth plan that is ₹899/user/month (billed monthly) or ₹749/user/month billed annually. There are no per-lead fees, no per-message fees, and no hidden module charges.

What counts as an AI credit?

Each AI action — a smart reply, a lead-score refresh, a call summary, or a proposal draft — consumes tokens from your monthly AI token budget. The Growth plan includes 500,000 tokens/month per workspace (not per user). When your tokens run out, AI features pause until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.

What happens if I exceed the 3 GB storage limit?

File uploads are blocked with a clear in-app error until you free space or upgrade to Pro (unlimited storage). Existing files, leads, and contacts are never deleted automatically. You can always download and delete old attachments to reclaim quota.

Is storage shared across all users in my team?

Yes. The 3 GB storage quota is per workspace (tenant), shared across all seats. A team of 5 users shares one 3 GB pool. Pro and custom plans get unlimited storage.

Can I mix Free and Growth seats in one workspace?

No. HelloGrowthCRM pricing applies to the entire workspace. All active users on a workspace are on the same plan. You can invite more users on Growth and each additional seat costs ₹899/month.

Does the Free plan ever expire?

No. The Free plan is permanently free — not a trial. You keep your workspace, your leads (up to 100), and your data indefinitely. Upgrade at any time when you need more AI, storage, or seats.

How accurate is the calculator estimate?

The calculator uses the live published rate card, so the seat cost is exact for the team size you enter. The AI usage estimate is a guide: Low, Medium, and High map to typical daily patterns we see across teams (occasional drafting versus daily scoring, summaries, and voice calls). Your first month of real usage in the in-app credit dashboard is the definitive number — most teams land within one band of their estimate.

What should I do if my team is about to grow?
