Why teams look for a Chili Piper alternative
Chili Piper is good at one job: getting an inbound lead from a web form to a booked meeting with the right rep in seconds. The question most small and mid-sized teams run into is not whether it works, but what it costs and what it sits on. Its pricing page (checked 2026-10-29) lists Routing & Scheduling from $15,000 a year, with 15 seats included and $45 per extra seat per month. Experiences starts at $42,000 a year with 30 seats. Billing is annual only; the page says monthly billing is not available at this time.
That price buys routing and scheduling. It does not buy the CRM. The same pricing page lists Salesforce CRM and HubSpot CRM as the systems Chili Piper connects to, and its Distro router is built to route Salesforce records (checked 2026-10-29). For a ten- or fifteen-person team, the real bill is Chili Piper plus the CRM licence underneath it, before anyone has sent a follow-up.
