How to invite your team to HelloGrowthCRM

What you'll need
- •Workspace owner or admin role
- •Each teammate's work email
- •A clear sense of who needs which role
- •For bulk invites: a CSV with email,role columns

Open team settings
Click your avatar (top-right) → Settings → Team. You'll see current members with role and last-active timestamp.

Click Invite members
The invite drawer slides open with email field plus role dropdown. Paste up to 20 emails comma-separated.

Pick the right role
Owner (full access), Admin (no billing), Manager (team scope), Sales Rep (own leads), Read-Only (view-only). Custom roles available on Pro+.

Choose which team they join
If you've created teams (Settings → Teams), assign the invitee to one — controls routing rules and dashboard defaults.

Send the invite
Click Send invites. Each invitee gets an email with a magic-link join button valid 7 days.

Bulk-invite via CSV (Pro+)
For 10+ invites, click Import CSV. Upload email,role,team_name columns. Failed rows download as fixable CSV.

Track who's accepted
Pending invites show amber Invited badge. Click Resend or Revoke. Accepted = green Active badge.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can I invite at once?▾
Up to 20 via comma-separated form. Bulk CSV upload (Pro+) handles up to 500 at once.
Can I limit a Sales Rep to only see their own leads?▾
Yes — that's the default Sales Rep behavior.
How do I remove a teammate?▾
Settings → Team → click member → Remove from workspace. Their leads/deals reassign to workspace owner.
Can I invite contractors?▾
Use the External user role (Pro+). They see only specific records you share.
Do team members count toward my plan's user limit?▾
Yes. Owners/Admins/Managers/Reps consume seats. External users on Pro+ count as 0.5 seats.
