How to connect Zoho Books to HelloGrowthCRM

    Settings → Integrations → Zoho

    Settings → Integrations → Zoho → Connect Zoho Books.

    OAuth via Zoho

    Permissions: read customers, write invoices, read payments.

    Pick Zoho organization

    Test or production org.

    Configure sync direction

    CRM → Zoho, Zoho → CRM, or two-way (default).

    Map fields

    Default: deal.amount → invoice.line_item, deal.contact → invoice.customer.

    Set GST defaults

    18% standard. Place of supply auto-detected from customer state.

    Configure invoice number sequence

    Use Zoho's or CRM's. Avoid drift.

    Test on sandbox deal

    Move test deal to Closed Won → confirm invoice created with GST.

    Set auto-payment-link

    Optional: attach Razorpay/Cashfree link to every invoice.

    Monitor sync logs
