Quick answer

Is HelloGrowthCRM right for HubSpot CRM Pricing?

Yes. HelloGrowthCRM gives HubSpot CRM Pricing a single system to capture every lead, automate follow-up across phone, WhatsApp, and email, prioritise leads with AI scoring, and forecast revenue — with calling and messaging built in instead of sold as add-ons.
  • HubSpot CRM Free: up to 2 users with the core CRM. A genuine free start, but a two-seat team grows out of it quickly
  • Sales Hub Starter: listed from $7 up to $20 per seat per month depending on billing term, with up to 50 workflows that have restricted triggers and actions, 500 calling minutes and 500 HubSpot Credits a month
  • Sales Hub Professional: listed from $90 up to $100 per seat per month depending on billing term, with up to 300 fully customisable workflows and 3,000 calling minutes. It carries a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500

HubSpot CRM costs nothing for up to two users, then $7 to $150 per seat per month on Sales Hub. Starter is listed between $7 and $20, Professional between $90 and $100, and Enterprise at $150, and Professional and Enterprise each add a required one-time onboarding fee ($1,500 and $3,500). The seat price is only part of the bill: automation limits, calling minutes and metered credits decide when you move up a tier. The figures below were read from HubSpot's public Sales Hub pricing page on 22 October 2026 and should be re-checked there before you buy.

01

HubSpot Sales Hub plans at a glance

HubSpot sells its CRM as a free core plus paid "Hubs". For sales teams the relevant product is Sales Hub, which has Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions. The free edition supports up to two users. The paid editions are priced per seat, and the pricing page shows two figures for Starter and for Professional, which sit against different billing options; HubSpot does not label which figure is which. The table summarises what each edition is for and where it runs out.

PlanPrice per seat per monthWho it fitsMain limit
Free$0, up to 2 usersA founder plus one colleagueTwo seats
Starter$7 to $20Small teams with simple pipelines50 workflows, restricted triggers
Professional$90 to $100, plus $1,500 onboardingTeams that need real automationUp-front onboarding cost
Enterprise$150, plus $3,500 onboardingLarger teams with governance needsHighest per-seat cost
02

The onboarding fee changes the year-one math

Most buyers compare monthly seat prices and stop there. HubSpot states that the Professional and Enterprise prices shown do not include a required one-time onboarding fee, $1,500 for Professional and $3,500 for Enterprise. For a five-person team the first-year cost on Professional is therefore between $5,400 and $6,000 in seats (five seats, twelve months, at $90 to $100) plus the $1,500 fee. On Enterprise the same team pays $9,000 in seats plus $3,500. Those are the numbers to put next to any quote, because the second-year bill drops by the onboarding amount and the first-year bill does not.

03

Where the extra cost comes from: credits, calling and limits

The paid editions include a monthly allowance of HubSpot Credits (500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, 5,000 on Enterprise) that meter AI and automation actions, with extra credits sold at $0.01 each. Calling is capped too, at 500, 3,000 and 12,000 minutes. Workflows are capped at 50 on Starter, 300 on Professional and 1,000 on Enterprise, and sequences, playbooks, custom reports and lead-scoring rules all have per-plan ceilings. None of this is unusual for a platform CRM, but it means the seat price is an entry fee: the team that wants more automation, more reports or more calling climbs a tier, and the per-seat cost climbs to at least four times as much when it crosses from Starter to Professional.

04

Seats, hubs and the multi-product bill

Starter is priced per Core Seat and Professional and Enterprise per Sales Seat, so every rep who works deals is billable. Marketing Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub are separate subscriptions with their own tiers. A company that begins with a free CRM and one Sales Hub Starter seat can therefore end up on three Hubs within a year, which is exactly the path HubSpot is designed to support. If you plan to run only a sales pipeline with calling and messaging, price Sales Hub on its own and ask whether the other Hubs are really needed before you sign.

05

The flat-price alternative: everything included at $12

HelloGrowthCRM takes the opposite approach: one price, US$12 per user per month (₹899 per user per month plus 18% GST in India), with the features HubSpot spreads across tiers included in every paid seat. That covers AI lead scoring, a built-in dialer with call recording, WhatsApp messaging on Meta's official Cloud API, email sequences, and quote and invoice generation. There is a Free plan to start on and no onboarding fee. For the same five-person team, twelve months at $12 per seat is $720, compared with $6,900 to $7,500 for HubSpot Professional including onboarding. The two products are not identical, so the useful comparison is the feature list you actually need, not the logo.

What you get

Why teams choose HelloGrowthCRM

AI-powered CRM with the features you need to close more deals.

  • HubSpot CRM Free: up to 2 users with the core CRM. A genuine free start, but a two-seat team grows out of it quickly.
  • Sales Hub Starter: listed from $7 up to $20 per seat per month depending on billing term, with up to 50 workflows that have restricted triggers and actions, 500 calling minutes and 500 HubSpot Credits a month.
  • Sales Hub Professional: listed from $90 up to $100 per seat per month depending on billing term, with up to 300 fully customisable workflows and 3,000 calling minutes. It carries a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500.
  • Sales Hub Enterprise: listed at $150 per seat per month, with up to 1,000 workflows, 12,000 calling minutes and a required one-time onboarding fee of $3,500.
  • Onboarding is on top of the seat price: HubSpot states the displayed cost does not include the Professional and Enterprise onboarding fees, so a first-year budget needs both lines.
  • HubSpot Credits meter the AI and automation actions: each paid tier includes a monthly allowance (500, 3,000 and 5,000) and extra credits are bought at $0.01 each.
  • Seat types matter: Starter is priced per Core Seat and Professional and Enterprise per Sales Seat, so every rep who works deals is a billable seat, while HubSpot lists view-only seats at no additional cost.
  • Limits step up by tier: sequences, playbooks, custom reports and lead-scoring rules are all capped per plan, which is why teams often move up a tier for one missing feature.
  • Marketing, Service and Operations Hubs are separate subscriptions, so a CRM bill that starts as Sales Hub can become a multi-hub bill once campaigns and a help desk are added.
  • A flat alternative exists: HelloGrowthCRM is US$12 per user per month with AI lead scoring, the dialer, WhatsApp on Meta's official Cloud API and quoting included, and no onboarding fee.
