The unit of sale is a slot, not a subject
Parents are solving a timetable problem
A family choosing a tuition centre is fitting it between school, a commute, a sibling and whatever else fills a weekday evening. What they need to hear is that a specific timing at a specific branch is available. A centre whose system thinks in subjects rather than slots cannot answer that at the counter, and the parent goes to whoever can.
Capacity per slot, visible at the front desk
Holding capacity against each class slot means the person answering the phone can offer an adjacent timing or a nearby branch immediately. In a country where another branch is often a short journey away, that single ability converts a meaningful share of families who would otherwise have been told to wait for the next term.
