Zoho's problem is not price. It is assembly.
Zoho is genuinely inexpensive per module and unusually broad, and for the right business that combination is unbeatable. The difficulty a Singapore sales team runs into is that a working sales setup is rarely one Zoho module. The pipeline is Zoho CRM. WhatsApp arrives through Zoho SalesIQ. Support conversations live in Zoho Desk. Invoicing is Zoho Books. Each is reasonably priced and each is a separate product with its own configuration model, its own navigation, its own admin, and its own renewal. What began as a cheap CRM becomes a stack that somebody has to own.
The bill is the visible cost and usually the smaller one. The real cost is that a ten-person sales team now has four places where customer context can live, and the answer to "what did we last say to this account" depends on which product the conversation happened in. HelloGrowthCRM makes the opposite bet: narrower scope, one product, one place the answer lives.
