Four reasons sales teams choose HelloGrowthCRM over Jobber.
Plenty of Jobber accounts are really just a client list with quotes attached. If nobody opens the schedule board on a normal week, you are paying Connect or Grow money for parts you never touch.
HelloGrowthCRM has a dialer in the browser and the mobile app. Calls record, and an AI summary lands on the contact record, so nobody has to remember what the customer asked for.
Email sequences, SMS and WhatsApp fire on a schedule you set once. A quote sent Tuesday gets chased Friday and again the next week without anyone opening a spreadsheet.
HelloGrowthCRM is $12 per user monthly or $10 annual, with a free forever plan. Jobber's price moves in plan jumps, and extra users are $29 each on top of the plan.

In Jobber, open Clients, click More Actions in the top right, then Export Clients and choose CSV. Jobber emails the file to your login address. Exports cap at 1,500 rows per file, so a long list arrives as several files.
In Jobber, go to Insights > Reports, run the Quotes Report and the Invoice Report, then click Email CSV at the top of each. Choose all columns so you keep values, dates and client links.
Import the client CSV into HelloGrowthCRM first, then the quotes CSV. Map quote status to pipeline stages so open quotes land in the stage you actually chase, not in a pile marked Unsorted.
Point your web forms and tracked number at HelloGrowthCRM, invite your office staff, and leave Jobber running for scheduling, dispatch and job delivery. Nothing on the tools side changes on day one.
Jobber is a job management tool. It quotes, schedules, dispatches, invoices and takes payment, and a lot of home service businesses run their whole week inside it. The gap sits earlier in the process. Before there is a job to schedule there is a phone call that rang out, a form fill nobody answered, and a quote sent nine days ago that has gone quiet. Jobber gives you a requests list and quote statuses. It does not give you a sales pipeline, a dialer, call recordings or follow-up sequences that run on their own. Most owners plug that gap with a notepad, a mobile phone and memory. HelloGrowthCRM is built for exactly that stretch of the job, from first contact through to an accepted quote, and nothing after it.
There is a second, more awkward pattern. A business signs up for Jobber, imports the customer list, starts sending quotes from it, and never really adopts the scheduling side. Work still gets booked by phone call or in a shared calendar. The schedule board sits there unused. Twelve months later the business is on Connect at $139 a month, or Grow at $199, with $29 for each extra user, and the honest answer to what they use it for is customer records and quotes. If that describes your account, you are buying dispatch you do not open. HelloGrowthCRM does the customer records, the quotes, the invoicing and the chasing for $12 per user per month, with a free forever plan to test it before you move anything.
What HelloGrowthCRM adds is the sales side that Jobber leaves thin. There is a dialer in the browser and in the mobile apps, so calls go out from the record and come back recorded. An AI summary of each call lands on the contact, which means the person who takes the follow-up call next week can read what was said instead of guessing. AI lead scoring puts the enquiries most likely to buy at the top of the list on a Monday morning. Email sequences, SMS and WhatsApp chase quotes on a schedule you set once. Web forms feed straight into the pipeline. Reporting dashboards show how many enquiries turned into quotes and how many quotes turned into work, which is the number most trade businesses cannot answer.
Be clear about the limits, because this decides whether you should read further. HelloGrowthCRM is a sales CRM. It has no technician dispatch board. It has no crew scheduling calendar. It has no GPS tracking, no timesheets, no parts and materials inventory, and no job costing. Jobber has all of those and they work. If your day is spent dragging jobs around a schedule, sending techs to addresses, tracking hours against work orders and costing materials, do not rip Jobber out. You will lose things you use daily and gain a pipeline you could have had alongside. The right move for a dispatching business is both tools, not one, and the cost of adding HelloGrowthCRM is small enough that it does not need a business case.
The two-tool setup is simple in practice. Enquiries arrive in HelloGrowthCRM from web forms, calls and messages. Your office team works the pipeline, calls back fast, sends the quote from the quote builder and lets the sequences chase it. When a quote is accepted, the job moves into Jobber and everything downstream carries on as it does today. Field staff keep the app they already know. Nothing changes on the tools. Migration is a CSV job: export clients from Clients > More Actions > Export Clients, export quotes and invoices from Insights > Reports with Email CSV, import both, map quote statuses to pipeline stages. Setup is about fifteen minutes, and the free plan means you can try it without cancelling anything first.
If you dispatch crews, keep Jobber. HelloGrowthCRM has no schedule board, no GPS and no job costing, and will not pretend to. But if Jobber is really your client list and quote pad, or if lead calls and stale quotes are what you lose money on, put HelloGrowthCRM in front at $12 per user and let Jobber do the jobs.
