How Bitrix24 charges: the organisation model
Most CRMs multiply a seat price by headcount. Bitrix24 does the reverse. Each cloud plan has a fixed price and a user allowance, and the page describes it as a flat rate for all users included in the plan. The plan names are Basic (5 users), Standard (50), Professional (100) and Enterprise, which starts at 250 users and climbs in set tiers. Because the allowance is the product, the useful number is the total bill at your headcount, not the per-user figure the page prints.
Two consequences follow. A team of six pays the Standard price even though it needs one seat more than Basic includes, so the step from Basic to Standard is the one that matters for a small business. And a team of 45 pays the same as a team of 11, which is why the model rewards headcount growth up to each ceiling. We could not find, on the pages we read, what Bitrix24 charges to go beyond a plan's user count other than moving to the next plan, so we make no claim about extra-user fees.
