How hospitality sells in Singapore
A market that runs on RFPs and repeat accounts
Singapore is one of the world's densest MICE and corporate travel markets, and the selling reflects it. Corporate rate programmes arrive as structured RFPs with deadlines. Incentive groups and conferences come through PCOs and agencies that work with the same trusted venues year after year. Restaurant groups live on private dining and buyouts booked by PAs and event planners who remember exactly who responded quickly last time. Very little of this is cold; almost all of it is earned through responsiveness and history.
Speed is the differentiator in a compact market
When the buyer can walk to your competitor, response time is strategy. A ballroom enquiry answered in twenty minutes with dates, capacities, and a holding option beats a prettier proposal that arrives on Thursday. The sales tooling has to make same-day response the default, not the exception.
