The HelloGrowthCRM DocuSign integration eliminates that gap — send signature requests directly from deal records, track signing status in real time, and advance the pipeline stage automatically when documents are signed.
Reps no longer leave HelloGrowthCRM to prepare and send DocuSign envelopes. From any deal, click Send for Signature, select the template, confirm the recipients from the CRM contact list, and the envelope is dispatched. The deal record shows signing status — sent, viewed, signed, declined — without manual tracking.
For multi-signer deals — common in real estate, large B2B contracts, and financial services — HelloGrowthCRM tracks each signer's status individually. When the last signature is collected, the deal advances to Closed Won automatically, a task is created for the rep to handoff to delivery, and the signed document is stored on the deal record.
Contract templates live in DocuSign and are selected from HelloGrowthCRM without accessing the DocuSign dashboard. Merge fields in the templates — customer name, deal value, effective date, product details — are populated automatically from CRM deal data, eliminating manual form filling.
Declined or voided envelopes create a CRM task with the decline reason, so reps address objections rather than discovering them during a separate follow-up call. This keeps the deal from going cold between verbal yes and signed contract.
