We maintain this status page so you can see the health of HelloGrowthCRM services at a glance. All core systems — CRM application, API, database, email integration, AI services, and voice — are monitored 24/7. When we schedule maintenance or experience an incident, we post updates here and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Subscribe to get notified of major incidents and scheduled maintenance.
Service Level Agreement
All HelloGrowthCRM plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA backed by service credits. If we fail to meet the published uptime in a given month, you may request a credit based on the severity and duration of the outage. The SLA covers the CRM application, API, database, email delivery, AI services, and voice/dialer services. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance and does not count against uptime when performed within the published maintenance windows.
Incidents are classified as major (full service unavailable), partial (degraded performance or limited functionality), or minor (brief blip). We post initial acknowledgment within 15 minutes of detection and provide updates until resolution. Historical incident data is kept on this page for transparency.
