Interface language, weighted properly
HelloGrowthCRM is English-first, and in Thailand that deserves a real weighting rather than a footnote. Thai text in names, notes and messages is stored and searched normally, but menus and settings are in English. Put the reps who are least comfortable in English into the pilot and let their usage decide, because selective adoption produces data nobody trusts.
Billing currency
Subscriptions are charged in dollars while your revenue is in baht, so confirm which card carries international payments, whether monthly billing is available during the evaluation, and what an annual term commits you to. Evaluating on a free plan keeps that decision open until the pipeline has proved itself.
Invoicing and payment
Tax invoices belong in the accounting system that issues your documents in Thai and meets your filing obligations, while the CRM owns the quote, the approval and the follow-up. Payment typically arrives by bank transfer or PromptPay against agreed terms, so record the promised method and date on the deal and let the collection call start from a fact.
