Decide what tracking is for
Before choosing any tool, answer this honestly: are you trying to find out whether people are working, or trying to make the work more effective. The two goals produce completely different systems, and only one of them survives contact with a good sales team.
Systems built to catch people generate continuous location trails, screenshots of movement and reports that get discussed only when something looks suspicious. Systems built to improve effectiveness generate outcomes per visit, coverage gaps and next actions. The second kind also happens to reveal genuine non-performance within about a fortnight, because a rep who is not working has nothing to log.
