We value people who can move from idea to execution, write clearly, and improve a workflow without waiting for a large process around it. Small teams win when communication and ownership stay sharp.
People who enjoy customer context, fast iteration, and cross-functional problem solving tend to do well here. We care about judgment, curiosity, and follow-through as much as titles.
The most helpful applications are short and specific. A brief note about the kind of work you want to do, the problems you like solving, and a few examples of relevant experience is more useful than a long generic message.
