The state in the search term matters less than you would hope
It is worth being direct about this before anything else. Nobody builds a customer relationship system for Maine. The product is the same in Bangor as it is in Baltimore, and a vendor implying that geography changes their software is describing a marketing page rather than a feature set.
What is genuinely local is everything around the software: the shape of your year, who you can reach and when, how far your people drive between customers, and which obligations you need to confirm before sending anything outbound. Those decide how you configure a system and whether your team is still using it after the first busy season. That is a more useful thing to read about than a feature list with a state name attached, so that is what this page is.
