What buyers in Poland are actually deciding
Two questions usually sit behind a Polish CRM evaluation. The first is whether a non-localised, English-first product can be adopted by a team that works entirely in Polish. The second is whether the company is buying a tool it controls or entering a relationship it cannot easily leave. Both are practical questions with practical tests, and neither is answered by a feature comparison table.
A third question sits underneath, which is what the CRM is not responsible for. Polish invoicing and tax reporting obligations are handled by accounting software and by your accountant. A CRM that claims to take that off your hands is either misunderstanding the requirement or hoping you will not check.
Encoding is a small problem that becomes a permanent one
Broken diacritics in customer names look trivial and are not. They undermine confidence in the database from the first week, they make search unreliable, and by the time anyone decides to fix them there are thousands of records. Test the round trip before you move real data, not after.
Distributed sales teams are the common structure
A great many Polish companies sell through representatives covering large territories rather than through one office. That makes mobile capture the difference between a manager knowing what happened this week and reading about it in a report next month.
