The gap between sales and accounts is where money goes missing
In most small businesses these are two different worlds. Sales lives in a pipeline, a phone and an inbox. Accounts lives in QuickBooks. When a deal closes, someone bridges the gap by hand: re-typing the customer name and address, rebuilding the quote as an invoice, and then, weeks later, trying to work out whether it was ever paid. Every one of those steps is an opportunity for a transposed figure, a duplicated customer or an invoice that simply never got raised. Connecting the two systems removes the bridge rather than making someone walk it faster.
