How you will grow out of it
Look at the upgrade path before you invest a month of data entry. Check that the paid price is published rather than quoted, that seats can be added one at a time, and that upgrading does not mean rebuilding your pipeline. Free is only free when both leaving and upgrading are straightforward.
Interface language
Said plainly: HelloGrowthCRM is English-first. Most Egyptian teams work in English for software while speaking Arabic with customers, and Arabic in names, notes and messages is stored and searched as typed. Since the plan costs nothing, test the interface with your least technical rep in the first week rather than assuming it will be fine.
Invoicing and payment
Keep tax invoicing where it already happens, through the electronic invoicing system used by registered businesses, and let the CRM own the quote, the approval and the chase. Record the agreed payment method and date on the deal, because collection follow-up in a market that mixes transfers, wallets and cash on delivery is far easier when the promise is written down.
