HelloGrowthCRM as a Gallabox alternative in India — Rs.899 per user per month, WhatsApp CRM, pipeline management, AI lead scoring, and a built-in dialer

Quick answer

Is HelloGrowthCRM right for Gallabox Alternative India?

Yes. HelloGrowthCRM gives Gallabox Alternative India a single system to capture every lead, automate follow-up across phone, WhatsApp, and email, prioritise leads with AI scoring, and forecast revenue — with calling and messaging built in instead of sold as add-ons.
  • Rs.899/user/month plus GST covers the whole stack: WhatsApp Business API on the official Meta Cloud API, pipeline management, AI lead scoring, a built-in dialer, and project management — priced per seat, with no seat cap to run into
  • No seat ceiling. Gallabox caps users per tier — 3 on Basic, 6 on Essential, 10 on Advanced — and charges Rs.1,200 to Rs.1,500 for each user beyond the cap (gallabox.com/pricing, read 19 August 2026). HelloGrowthCRM adds seats one at a time at the same price
  • No per-channel fee. On Gallabox, each channel beyond the first costs Rs.1,200 per month on Essential and Advanced. WhatsApp, SMS and email are all included in the HelloGrowthCRM seat

01

What an Indian team is actually buying when it buys Gallabox

Gallabox is a well-built omnichannel conversation platform, and the honest starting point is that it does its job properly. A shared WhatsApp inbox with assignment and tagging, a no-code chatbot builder that handles branching qualification flows better than most, drip campaigns and broadcasts, click-to-WhatsApp ad capture, and AI agents that work across WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat and voice. For a D2C brand answering product questions at volume, or a support desk running on WhatsApp, that is a complete tool and there is no reason to move.

What it is not is a sales CRM, and Gallabox does not claim to be one — its own CRM documentation points deal-stage management at connected systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive and LeadSquared. That is a reasonable product decision. It becomes a problem only for the teams who bought it to run sales, discovered there is nowhere for the deal to live after the conversation, and quietly added a spreadsheet or a second CRM subscription to fill the gap. Those are the teams who end up searching for an alternative, and the honest framing of the choice is not "Gallabox is bad" but "we bought a conversation tool to do a pipeline job".

02

How the Gallabox bill is put together

The pricing structure is the part worth reading carefully before you budget, because it has more moving parts than a single per-seat number. All of the following comes from gallabox.com/pricing, read on 19 August 2026, and every figure is dated for that reason — SaaS pricing in India moves, and a page that quotes a competitor without a date is a page that will be wrong within a quarter.

Prices are quoted per month but billed quarterly or annually. Basic is Rs.2,999 per month on quarterly billing or Rs.2,399 on annual, and includes three users as a hard cap with 500 AI credits per month. Essential is Rs.6,999 quarterly or Rs.5,599 annually, includes six users and 2,000 AI credits, and charges Rs.1,200 per month for each user beyond six. Advanced is Rs.16,999 quarterly or Rs.13,599 annually, includes ten users and 8,000 AI credits, and charges Rs.1,500 per month for each extra user. Enterprise is quoted on request. Channels beyond the first cost Rs.1,200 per channel per month on Essential and Advanced. There is no free forever plan — the entry point is a trial carrying 500 AI credits.

None of that is hidden, and none of it is unusual for the category. The practical consequence is that the invoice moves in steps rather than smoothly: it changes when you cross a seat cap, when you add a channel, and when AI usage runs past the credit pool. For a team planning twelve months ahead, that means the budget line is a function of three variables rather than one, and the step at each seat cap is the largest of the three — hiring a fourth rep on Basic does not add one seat's worth of cost, it moves you to the next tier.

03

How HelloGrowthCRM is priced, and what we will not claim about it

HelloGrowthCRM is Rs.899 per user per month plus GST in India, billed monthly, with GST-compliant invoices. There is no seat cap, no per-channel fee and no AI credit meter, so the arithmetic is headcount times price: a three-person team is Rs.2,697 a month plus GST, a five-person team Rs.4,495, and adding a sixth rep adds Rs.899 rather than moving you onto a different plan. A Free Forever plan exists so you can run the contact import and look at your own data in the pipeline before paying anything.

Two limits on that, stated plainly, because a page written for people who have been surprised by an invoice should not create the next surprise. First, this describes how we price today, not a guarantee that a published price never changes. HelloGrowthCRM does not currently publish a price-change or grandfathering policy, and neither vendor publishes one on its pricing page — if a written commitment on price changes matters to your planning, ask both vendors for it before you sign, and treat the absence of one as a real difference from a promise. Second, Meta's own WhatsApp conversation charges sit on top of the subscription with every provider, including this one. Compare that line directly against your current WhatsApp spend rather than assuming either vendor absorbs it.

04

The pipeline gap, which usually matters more than the price gap

The common pattern in Indian SMB sales runs like this. The team starts on personal WhatsApp, moves to a dedicated business inbox when volume outgrows a phone, adds a spreadsheet for pipeline tracking, adds a second sheet for follow-ups, and ends up with a sales manager who cannot answer "what is in play this month" without messaging three people. Each addition was sensible on its own. The result is four systems, none of which knows what the others hold.

A conversation platform tells you who messaged. It does not tell you which of this month's enquiries received a quote, which are comparing you against two competitors, which paid an advance, and what the total value sitting in negotiation actually is. In HelloGrowthCRM every WhatsApp thread is attached to a deal card carrying a stage, a value, an owner and a next action. Follow-up sequences fire on stage and elapsed time rather than on someone remembering. Calls are made from inside the CRM, recorded, and summarised by AI onto the same record, so the discount agreed by phone sits next to the WhatsApp thread where the deal started. IndiaMART and JustDial enquiries arrive in the pipeline directly rather than by copy-paste, and Razorpay and Tally close the loop between a payment landing and the deal being marked won.

A quick test before you switch anything. Open your WhatsApp inbox, count the conversations from the last thirty days where a buyer asked for a price, and then answer three questions: how many got a follow-up after going quiet, who owns each one today, and what is the total value in negotiation. If that takes more than a minute, or the honest answer is that nobody knows, the inbox has become the bottleneck and no amount of better messaging fixes it. If all three were easy, your current setup is working — keep it until it is not.

05

Moving across without losing the quarter

Migration has two real steps and one caveat. Contacts export from Gallabox as standard CSV and import through the HelloGrowthCRM wizard, with details, tags and custom fields mapping automatically in most cases; that part is usually under an hour. The WhatsApp Business number moves through the standard WhatsApp Business API re-registration, keeping its verified status and display name, because the number belongs to your Meta Business account rather than to any provider. Messaging pauses for roughly 24 to 48 hours during that window, which is why it is scheduled for your quietest period rather than a Monday morning.

The caveat is conversation history. WhatsApp's API does not allow transcripts to move between providers, so old threads stay readable in your Gallabox account as an archive while new conversations build history in HelloGrowthCRM from the switch onward. The order that loses the least momentum is to import contacts first, build your pipeline stages and two or three core templates while still running on Gallabox, and move the number last — so the team has somewhere to put deals on day one instead of learning a new CRM and surviving a migration in the same week. • No AI credit meter. Gallabox meters AI usage at 500, 2,000 and 8,000 credits a month by tier. HelloGrowthCRM includes AI lead scoring on every paid plan without a credit pool to top up.
  • AI Lead Scoring ranks your pipeline automatically — Gallabox's AI qualifies intent inside the conversation, but there is no persistent CRM lead score carried across the pipeline afterwards.
  • Built-in dialer logs every call with recording and an AI summary. Gallabox has an AI voice agent for inbound and outbound calls, but no rep-facing dialer; voice minutes are pass-through on its higher tiers.
  • Visual pipeline with deal stages, owners and values, from first WhatsApp enquiry to closed deal. Gallabox's own CRM documentation points deal-stage management at connected CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive and LeadSquared.
  • IndiaMART and JustDial auto-import pulls B2B portal enquiries straight into the pipeline, alongside Razorpay and Tally for the accounts side and GST-compliant invoicing.
  • Monthly billing in INR with GST-compliant invoices. Gallabox publishes monthly prices but bills quarterly or annually, so the cash-flow shape is different even where the headline numbers look close.
  • A Free Forever plan to validate the import before you move your WhatsApp number. Gallabox offers a trial with 500 AI credits, but no free forever tier.
