Do you offer GST invoices?
Yes. All Indian customers on paid plans receive GST-compliant invoices automatically after each billing cycle. GSTIN can be added to your account profile and will appear on every invoice. Payments can be made via UPI, NEFT, or Razorpay. Annual plan customers receive a single annual invoice for the full year, making expense reconciliation straightforward for Indian accounting teams.
Is there a free trial of paid features?
Yes. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial of all paid plan features — AI lead scoring, the built-in dialer, bulk WhatsApp, and full API access — with no credit card required up front. After the trial period, you choose which plan to stay on. If you do nothing, the account moves to the Free Forever tier automatically so you never lose your data.
How do AI credits work on India plans?
AI credits are a flat charge each time you use an AI feature: an email draft or WhatsApp compose costs 1 credit, a call summary costs 3 credits, lead enrichment costs 3 credits, and a proposal costs 5 credits (quick) up to 50 (deep). Credits are reserved before each call and only charged on success — failed calls are auto-refunded. The Growth plan includes 2,500 credits per user per month. Additional credits can be purchased as top-up bundles from ₹299. Credits are non-expiring on annual plans.
Is my CRM data stored in India?
Yes. HelloGrowthCRM is built for Indian businesses with data residency in India and a DPDPA-aligned approach to handling customer data, so your leads, contacts, and call records stay within Indian data centres. This matters for Indian sales teams that need to keep customer data local for compliance and procurement reasons. Can I cancel anytime, and what happens to my data?
Yes — you can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings, with no lock-in contract on self-serve tiers. If you cancel, your account moves to the Free Forever plan rather than being deleted, so you keep access to your core CRM data. You can also export your leads, contacts, and pipeline at any time. Annual plans include a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days if HelloGrowthCRM is not the right fit, so starting a paid plan is low-risk.
