  • •Offline cache enabled

    Verify offline cache enabled

    Settings → Mobile → Offline → On (default).

    Pre-cache before going offline

    Star important leads/deals.

    Adjust cache size

    Default 200MB. Bump to 500MB for large workspaces.

    Use app offline

    View leads, deals, notes. Add new notes; create tasks; check in.

    Queue indicator

    Top: X actions queued.

    Reconnect

    Open app on WiFi/4G. Auto-syncs in seconds.

    Conflict resolution

    If you edited offline + someone edited online, conflict warning. Pick winner.

    Limited offline features

    Available: view, add notes, photos, check-in, tasks. Not: AI processing, real-time chat, large uploads.
