Set revenue targets
Settings → Targets. Monthly or quarterly per rep, team, or workspace.

Open Reports → Forecast
Default view: current quarter weighted forecast vs target.

Switch between forecast views
Toggle: Weighted, Commit, Best case.

Reps tag commit/best-case
Reps tag deals: Pipeline (default), Best Case, Commit, Closed.

View per-rep forecast
By rep view shows weighted/commit/best/actual vs target. Color-coded.

Add overlays
Last quarter, trailing 4-week pace, AI forecast.

Set forecast snapshots
Settings → Forecast → enable weekly. Monday 9 AM IST snapshot.

At quarter end: Forecast vs Actual report shows snapshot trajectory.

How is weighted forecast calculated?▾
For every open deal: probability × amount, summed across deals expected to close in period.
Can I forecast a custom period?▾
Yes — date picker. MTD/QTD/YTD presets.
Does forecasting include renewal pipeline?▾
Only if tagged forecast_eligible = true with stage in the pipeline.
How accurate is AI forecast vs weighted?▾
Typically 5-15% more accurate, especially in back half of quarter.
Can I forecast at product/SKU level?▾
Yes if line items used. Group by Product.
Forecast not refreshing?▾
Recalculates every 15 minutes. Force refresh in top-right.
