Check inbox connection
Settings → Inbox. Should be green Connected.

Check deliverability
Settings → Email → Deliverability. SPF/DKIM/DMARC green?

Check rate limits
Gmail 500/day, Outlook 300/day. Settings → Email → Usage.

Check email status
Open failed email → Status: Bounced, Blocked, Deferred.

Check sender reputation
Settings → Deliverability → Sender Score. < 70 = problem.

Test send to known address
Send to your own. Arrives = sender works.

Check spam folder
At recipient. Going to spam = deliverability/SPF/content issue.

FREE, URGENT, !!! trip filters. Avoid.
