Overview
Segment, a Twilio product, is a customer data platform that collects events from websites and apps and routes them, as both a source and destination, to warehouses, analytics tools and business systems.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native Segment (source + destination) connector yet — it is on the webhook / workflow list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
Segment supports a webhook destination that can send events to HelloGrowthCRM's inbound webhook endpoint today, and a Segment function can call HelloGrowthCRM's REST API directly for finer control over field mapping.
