HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native Vanta connector yet — it is on the security & compliance list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.

What a Vanta link would do

A control that moves to failing in Vanta can create a task for the account owner if that client's compliance status is part of their deal.
A completed SOC 2 report in Vanta can log an activity note on a deal where compliance readiness was a blocker to closing.
A new framework added for a client's environment can update the deal stage for a security consultancy tracking scope changes.

How to connect Vanta today

Best practices

Start with the one Vanta event your team acts on most, send only that into HelloGrowthCRM, and check a week of records before adding more.
Pick one matching key for Vanta records — usually work email or phone — so an event updates the existing lead instead of creating a duplicate.
Name an owner for the Vanta connection: whoever set up the webhook or Zap should also be the person who notices when it stops.
