Vertical template or configurable ground
A property CRM is either shaped like a property business before you touch it, or shaped like strong pipeline mechanics that you configure into a property business in an afternoon. The first removes design work and reads familiar to a new agent immediately. The second removes the ceiling and keeps fitting when the business changes shape. Both are legitimate, and the right answer depends entirely on how stable your motion is.
Singapore complicates the choice in a specific way. An agency here rarely does one thing. Resale, new launch, leasing and regional investment sales frequently sit in the same office, each with different stages, different documentation and, in the regional case, different currencies and time zones. A template that fits one of those well may fit the rest awkwardly.
