Quick answer

Is HelloGrowthCRM right for Salesforce CRM Pricing?

Yes. HelloGrowthCRM gives Salesforce CRM Pricing a single system to capture every lead, automate follow-up across phone, WhatsApp, and email, prioritise leads with AI scoring, and forecast revenue — with calling and messaging built in instead of sold as add-ons.
  • Salesforce Starter Suite, $25 per user per month (listed at AU$35): lead, account, contact and opportunity management with built-in sales flows, lead routing and email marketing. It is the only edition that can be billed monthly or annually
  • Salesforce Pro Suite, $100 per user per month (listed at AU$140): adds more customisation and automation, sales quoting and forecasting, and access to the AgentExchange marketplace. This is where most growing teams land
  • Salesforce Core, $195 per user per month (listed at AU$273): everything in Pro plus Momentum and Premier Success, Slack Business+ and Tableau Next. The step from Pro to Core nearly doubles the seat price

Salesforce CRM costs $25 to $550 per user per month, depending on the edition. Sales Cloud is sold as Starter Suite ($25), Pro Suite ($100), Core ($195), Advanced ($395) and Max ($550), and every edition above Starter Suite is billed annually. AI is a further line: Agentforce for Sales is an add-on from $125 per user per month, and the Max edition bundles it. The figures below were read from Salesforce's public Sales Cloud pricing page on 22 October 2026 and should be re-checked there before you buy.

01

Salesforce Sales Cloud editions at a glance

Salesforce's pricing page now lists five paid Sales Cloud editions and a free suite. Starter Suite is the entry point for small teams. Pro Suite adds quoting, forecasting and more automation. Core, Advanced and Max layer on support and success plans, security and data capacity, and progressively more AI. Prices are per user per month in US dollars, with local-currency equivalents shown for markets such as Australia. The table summarises what each edition is for.

EditionUSD per user per monthAUD equivalentWho it fits
Starter Suite$25 (monthly or annual)AU$35Small teams starting a pipeline
Pro Suite$100 (annual)AU$140Teams needing quoting and forecasting
Core$195 (annual)AU$273Teams wanting Slack and success plans
Advanced$395 (annual)AU$553Larger teams with security and data needs
Max$550 (annual)AU$770Organisations adopting the full AI suite
02

The annual-billing rule and the Pro Suite step

Only Starter Suite can be bought month to month. Every other edition is billed annually, so seat decisions are year-long commitments. The step that surprises most small businesses is the jump from Starter Suite at $25 to Pro Suite at $100, a fourfold increase, which is where quoting, forecasting and heavier automation start. A ten-person team on Pro Suite commits $12,000 for the year in licences, and the same team on Core commits $23,400. Plan seats for twelve months, not for the month you sign.

03

Where the extra cost comes from: AI, credits and services

Agentforce for Sales is sold as an add-on on Core and above from $125 per user per month, with the final price agreed with Salesforce, and the Max edition includes it together with 2.75 million Flex Credits per organisation per year. Credits are a usage meter: the more your agents and automations do, the more of the pool they draw. Beyond licences, most Salesforce projects also pay for configuration, data migration, training and ongoing administration, usually through a partner, and none of that appears in a per-user price. For a small business without a dedicated administrator, those services are often the larger share of year one.

04

What a small team actually pays

Take a five-person sales team. On Starter Suite the licences are $1,500 a year. On Pro Suite they are $6,000. On Core they are $11,700. Add the quoting, forecasting or AI features a growing team usually wants and the realistic starting point is Pro Suite, before any implementation help. The cost is justified for organisations that need Salesforce's ecosystem, partner network and enterprise controls. It is harder to justify for a team whose real requirement is a pipeline, follow-up reminders, calling and messaging.

05

The flat-price alternative: everything included at $12

HelloGrowthCRM takes the opposite approach: one price, US$12 per user per month (₹899 per user per month plus 18% GST in India), with the features Salesforce spreads across editions and add-ons included in every paid seat. That covers AI lead scoring, a built-in dialer with call recording, WhatsApp messaging on Meta's official Cloud API, email sequences, and quote and invoice generation. There is a Free plan to start on and no implementation fee. Five seats for twelve months is $720, against $6,000 for the same seats on Pro Suite. The two products are not identical, so compare the feature list you actually need, not the logo.

  • Salesforce Starter Suite, $25 per user per month (listed at AU$35): lead, account, contact and opportunity management with built-in sales flows, lead routing and email marketing. It is the only edition that can be billed monthly or annually.
  • Salesforce Pro Suite, $100 per user per month (listed at AU$140): adds more customisation and automation, sales quoting and forecasting, and access to the AgentExchange marketplace. This is where most growing teams land.
  • Salesforce Core, $195 per user per month (listed at AU$273): everything in Pro plus Momentum and Premier Success, Slack Business+ and Tableau Next. The step from Pro to Core nearly doubles the seat price.
  • Salesforce Advanced, $395 per user per month (listed at AU$553): enhanced security, more AI, expanded data capacity, Sales Programs, and backup, archive and security tooling.
  • Salesforce Max, $550 per user per month (listed at AU$770): the full AI suite including Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce Coworker, Spiff, Sales Planning and 2.75 million Flex Credits per org per year.
  • Annual billing is the rule: every edition above Starter Suite is billed annually, so a ten-person team on Pro Suite commits $12,000 up front for the year.
  • Agentforce for Sales is also sold as an add-on to Core and above from $125 per user per month, priced by contacting sales, which is a second line on top of the edition you already pay for.
  • Flex Credits meter AI actions: heavier use of agents and automation is drawn from a credit pool, so the cost of AI scales with usage, not only with seats.
  • Implementation is a separate cost: configuration, data migration and training for Salesforce are commonly bought from a partner, and are not part of any per-user price.
  • A flat alternative exists: HelloGrowthCRM is US$12 per user per month with AI lead scoring, the dialer, WhatsApp on Meta's official Cloud API and quoting included, and no implementation fee.
