The four Wealthbox plans
Each plan builds on the one before it. The differences that move the price are workflows and email sync (Pro), then dashboards and workspaces (Premier), then single sign-on and account support (Enterprise). The page prints every price as “per user / month”.
| Plan | Per user per month | Opportunity pipelines | File storage | What the tier adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $59 | 1 | 2 GB | Contacts and households, tasks, calendar and meetings |
| Pro | $75 | 3 | 5 GB | Workflows and automations, two-way email sync, broadcast email |
| Premier | $99 | 5 | 10 GB | Customizable dashboards, workflow template sharing, 5 workspaces |
| Enterprise | Custom | Unlimited | 20 GB | Enterprise SSO, dedicated account manager, unlimited workspaces |
Pipeline counts and storage come from the plan-comparison table lower on the same page. In its FAQ, Wealthbox says that for most advisory firms the Pro plan offers the best value, because that is where workflows, email sync and broadcast email begin. Treat Basic as a place to start rather than the plan most teams stay on.
