How we ship
HelloGrowthCRM ships continuously rather than in large annual versions. Improvements land as small, frequent releases, which keeps each change easy to understand and easy to roll back if something is wrong. Deploys are zero-downtime, and because the product is a web and mobile app there is nothing for you to install — every entry on this page is already live in your account by the time it appears here.
This changelog covers the releases that change what you can do in the product: new features, improvements to existing capabilities, and fixes. Internal refactors and infrastructure work are not listed unless they affect how the product behaves. The feed is published straight from the product through the public API, so the entries here match what actually shipped.
How to read this changelog
Each entry carries a category badge, a publish date, and — where relevant — a version label. A Feature entry introduces a capability that did not exist before. An Improvement entry makes an existing capability faster, simpler, or more complete. A Fix entry resolves a bug. Many entries also break down into What changed, Why it matters, and How to use, so you can decide in a few seconds whether a release affects your team.
Use the search box above to filter entries by keyword, version, or category. The Features tab shows the live catalog of everything currently in the product, organised by category, which is useful when you want the full picture rather than the release history.
Stay in the loop
If you would rather not check this page manually, the newsletter delivers a periodic digest of what shipped. The status page covers uptime and incidents in real time, and the documentation explains how to use each capability once it ships.
Changelog FAQs
How often is HelloGrowthCRM updated?
Continuously. Releases ship in small increments as they are ready rather than on a fixed schedule, and this page reflects them shortly after they go live. In practice that means the changelog gains new entries regularly rather than in occasional large batches.
Do requests from customers ship?
Yes. Feedback sent through support is reviewed, and requests that come up repeatedly carry real weight in what gets built next. When a requested capability ships, it appears here as a Feature or Improvement entry.
Where do I report a bug?
Contact support from inside the app or through the contact page with what you expected and what happened. Confirmed bugs are tracked to resolution, and the resulting release appears here as a Fix entry.
How to read this changelog
Every entry above comes straight from our public API — the same source the product reads — so what you see here matches what shipped, with no marketing rewrite in between. Entries explain what changed, why it matters, and how to use it. For a guided tour of the current platform rather than its history, start with the features overview, check pricing, or book a demo.
