How pest control work is actually won in Thailand
The first contact is a message, the decision is a meeting
Enquiries reach pest control companies here through messaging and social channels far more often than through email or a form. A juristic person manager asks for a price, a restaurant owner sends a photograph, a factory quality officer forwards a scope. The exchange is fast and informal, which suits everyone, but the company itself keeps no record unless somebody creates one on purpose.
The decision at the other end is slower and structured. Condominium contracts go to a juristic person committee, factory and hotel contracts go through purchasing, and in both cases several proposals are compared. Knowing the meeting date and calling the day before is something almost no competitor bothers to do.
Termite work is an obligation, not a transaction
Soil treatment and termite control here carry guarantees that outlive the treatment by years. That makes the sale only the first event. The inspection schedule, the guarantee expiry and the record of what was applied where are what determine whether a later claim is a routine service visit or an expensive dispute. A company that manages that calendar properly also has a natural reason to contact the customer every year, which is the cheapest renewal conversation available to anyone in this trade.
