How staffing services are actually bought in Egypt
Three service lines, three different businesses
An Egyptian agency often sells permanent placement, outsourced headcount and overseas placement into the Gulf at the same time. Permanent work turns on speed of shortlist. Outsourcing is a recurring contract judged on payroll accuracy and responsiveness. Overseas placement runs on documentation and timing. Running all three on one prospect list guarantees that at least two are managed badly.
Relationships open doors, but paperwork gates revenue
Introductions come through people: a manager who worked with your consultant before, a finance contact at a company you already serve. What follows is slower, because a fee percentage has to be agreed and a contract signed before the first requirement is shared. Many agencies celebrate the meeting and never chase the signature.
