What you'll need
- •Apollo account on a paid plan
- •Apollo API key from Apollo Settings → Integrations → API
- •Pro tier or above on HelloGrowthCRM
- •Budget for enrichment credits

Get your Apollo API key
Apollo → Settings → Integrations → API. Copy master API key.

Open HelloGrowthCRM Integrations
Settings → Integrations → Lead Enrichment → Connect Apollo.

Paste your API key
Click Verify. Test request confirms key + Apollo plan tier.

Choose enrichment fields
Tick: company name, domain, industry, size, revenue band, tech stack, verified email, direct phone, LinkedIn URL.

Pick enrichment trigger
On creation, On demand, Batch, or Webhook-triggered.

Set credit budget cap
Daily spend cap (e.g., 1,000/day) prevents runaway costs.

Test on a sample lead
Click Test enrichment with known LinkedIn URL or email. Live Apollo call shows what would populate.

Enable and monitor
Toggle Active. Dashboard shows enriched today, success rate, top sizes pulled, credit remaining.

Will Apollo enrichment update existing leads?▾
Only if you trigger batch enrich or click Enrich. Auto-enrich only on creation.
Does Apollo data get re-fetched if it changes?▾
Yes — re-enrich on schedule (Pro+). Re-enrich every 90 days option.
What's the difference between Apollo enrichment and Lead Finder?▾
Apollo enriches existing leads. Lead Finder is the inverse — describe ICP, we find new leads.
Are enriched fields editable?▾
Yes — reps can override. Manual overrides flagged and survive re-enrichment.
What if a lead doesn't have an email?▾
Apollo can also enrich on LinkedIn URL or company domain + name.
Is Apollo my only option?▾
