Open Settings → Lead Scoring
Two tabs: Rules and AI. Start on Rules.

Click Add rule
Each rule: name, trigger, condition, points. Start 5-8 rules; tune over time.

Add explicit-fit rules
Industry SaaS +20, Company size 50-500 +15, Role contains VP/Director +10.

Add behavioural rules
Visited /pricing +15 (decay 7d), Booked demo +30, Replied +25.

Add negative rules
Bounce -20, Marked spam -50, Unsubscribed -30, Free email domain -10 (B2B context).

Define score buckets
0-30 Cold, 31-60 Warm, 61-90 Hot, 91+ MQL. Show as colored badges.

Click Recalculate all scores. ~30s for 10K leads. Score column shows on Leads page.

AI tab → Train AI model. Analyzes closed-won vs closed-lost. Probability score.

Route Hot/MQL to senior reps. Save smart lists like All MQLs in last 7 days.

Difference between rule-based and AI scoring?▾
Rule-based is transparent. AI scoring is more accurate but harder to explain. Most teams use both.
Can I score leads from different sources differently?▾
Yes — Source = IndiaMART → +20 points. Source-based weighting is high-leverage.
How is the AI model trained?▾
Gradient-boosted trees on your historical closed-won and closed-lost deals. Workspace-isolated.
When does the AI re-train?▾
Every 30 days, or trigger manually. Notifies in-app if feature importances change 10%+.
Can I override score on a specific lead?▾
Yes — open lead → Score widget → Override. Persists until removed.
Are scores included in webhook payloads?▾
Yes — score and score_bucket in every lead webhook.
