Dropbox is a cloud file-storage and sharing service used by sales and operations teams to store contracts, decks and shared client folders, with desktop, mobile and web sync.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native Dropbox connector yet — it is on the storage / file list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
Dropbox's webhooks for file and folder changes can feed HelloGrowthCRM's inbound webhook endpoint today, and Zapier, Make or n8n can keep folder links and file names synced onto matching deal records.
What a Dropbox link would do
- Attach a Dropbox folder link to a deal record automatically when a new client folder is created, keeping contracts and decks one click from the activity timeline.
- Log a file-shared event on a contact's timeline when a Dropbox share link is sent, so reps can see what collateral a prospect received.
- Create a task for the deal owner when a contract file is added to a Dropbox folder tagged with the deal name.
