GoTo Connect, formerly Jive, is a cloud phone system and meeting platform from GoTo, offering business calling, video meetings and a virtual receptionist for small and mid-size teams.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native GoTo Connect connector yet — it is on the sales engagement / dialer list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
GoTo Connect exposes a REST API and webhook events for call activity, so a team can send those to a HelloGrowthCRM inbound webhook, or connect the platforms through Zapier, Make or n8n.
