PayTabs is a Saudi-founded payment gateway serving merchants across the Middle East and North Africa, processing card and local payment methods through a hosted checkout and payment links.

HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native PayTabs connector yet — it is on the middle east list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.

PayTabs sends webhook callbacks (IPNs) on transaction events, which a merchant can forward to a HelloGrowthCRM inbound webhook, or connect through Zapier or Make to turn payment status changes into deal updates.

What a PayTabs link would do

A paid PayTabs payment link tied to a quote moves the linked deal to won and records the amount on the timeline.
An expired or unpaid PayTabs link after a set number of days creates a task for the owner to follow up.
A chargeback flagged on a PayTabs transaction logs an activity-timeline entry for the account owner to review before renewal.
