RazorpayX is Razorpay's business banking platform for Indian companies, offering current accounts, automated payouts, vendor payments and payroll disbursal alongside the core Razorpay payment stack.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native Razorpay-X connector yet — it is on the indian banking & payment list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
RazorpayX exposes webhooks for payout and account events, so a team can point those at a HelloGrowthCRM inbound webhook, or route them through Zapier, Make or n8n to create and update records automatically.
What a Razorpay-X link would do
- A payout marked processed in RazorpayX updates the linked vendor or partner contact's activity timeline with the amount and date.
- A failed payout due to invalid bank details creates a task for the operations owner to correct the beneficiary record.
