Setu is an India-based fintech infrastructure company, now part of Pine Labs, providing APIs for UPI payments, Account Aggregator data-sharing, FASTag and bill payments that banks and fintechs build products on top of.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native Setu connector yet — it is on the indian banking & payment list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
Setu's products are API- and webhook-first, so a team integrating them today would post transaction and consent events to a HelloGrowthCRM inbound webhook, or use the REST API to write leads and deals directly from their own backend.
What a Setu link would do
- A successful Account Aggregator consent pull through Setu updates a lead's activity timeline with the data-sharing status for a loan application.
- A UPI collection request created through Setu's API that stays unpaid past its expiry opens a task to re-send or call the customer.
- A FASTag or bill-payment transaction processed via Setu creates a lead when the payer is not already a known contact.
