HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native Verify PAN connector yet — it is on the indian kyc / identity list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
PAN verification is typically accessed through a provider's REST API, so a developer can use n8n, Make or a custom script to call it and post the verification result into HelloGrowthCRM's inbound webhook or REST API.
What a Verify PAN link would do
- A successful PAN verification updates the matching lead's KYC status field and adds a verification note to the timeline.
- A failed PAN match creates a task for the compliance team to request a corrected document.
- A completed PAN verification unblocks the matching deal to move to the underwriting or agreement stage.
