Overview
Zomato Partner, formerly Zomato for Business, is the restaurant-facing dashboard of the Indian food delivery and dining platform Zomato, used by restaurants to manage orders, menus, ratings and delivery performance.
HelloGrowthCRM does not have a native Zomato Partner connector yet — it is on the restaurant pos / delivery list of planned integrations. That does not mean the two cannot work together today.
Since Zomato Partner does not offer a public integration API to individual restaurants, order and rating notification emails can be forwarded to a HelloGrowthCRM email-to-lead address, or dashboard exports can be bulk-imported as CSV or Excel.

- A rating drop or repeated complaint flagged in Zomato Partner creates a task for the outlet manager to respond.
