Vertical template or configurable ground
Property CRMs come in two shapes. The vertical kind arrives already built like a property business, with the stages, vocabulary, reports and fields decided in advance, so a new consultant understands the screen on their first morning. The configurable kind arrives as ground, with strong pipeline, calling and chat mechanics and the property motion assembled by you in an afternoon.
Nigeria pushes hard on that choice, because a single company here often sells three different things. Serviced plots and land, off-plan units, and completed property, each with different documentation, different risk conversations and completely different timelines. A template built around one of those tends to fit the other two awkwardly, and the awkwardness shows up as a spreadsheet.
