W-9 (US taxpayer identification)
A completed and signed IRS Form W-9 for the contracting entity, showing its EIN, is provided on request during onboarding. Email procurement to receive it. (Placeholder — the signed W-9 carries the authoritative EIN once the US contracting entity is finalized.)
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Evidence of cyber/technology E&O and commercial general liability coverage, naming your organization as certificate holder where required.
Banking & remittance details
ACH/wire remittance instructions for the contracting entity are shared securely on a signed order — never by unverified email change request.
Security questionnaire
We complete standard questionnaires (CAIQ-Lite, SIG-Lite, or your own) once per twelve-month period, alongside our SOC 2 Type II report under NDA.
Data residency & transfers
Production data is hosted with our cloud infrastructure sub-processors. Cross-border transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (EEA/UK) and the DPDPA Section 20 regime (India), as described in the DPA and sub-processor list. Ask your account contact for the current hosting region for your account.
