What Indian small business owners mean when they search for this
The search is almost never about the model behind the software. It is about a specific and very Indian failure. Enquiries arrive through four doors at once: a website form, a missed call, a directory or marketplace listing that forwards to email, and a WhatsApp message to the owner personal number. By eight in the evening nobody can say which of them were answered, and the ones that were not answered simply bought elsewhere without ever complaining.
The owner is the bottleneck, and the tool has to accept that
In a firm of three to thirty people in Coimbatore, Surat, Indore or Noida, the person with the best judgement about which enquiry is worth a call is also the person handling dispatch, a supplier delay and the GST filing. A tool that asks that person to update fields will lose. A tool that reads the signals the team produces anyway, and hands back a short ranked list each morning with a reason attached to each name, gets used.
